Quarterly hours do not roll over to the next quarter. Annual hours can be used any time during your membership year.
Yes. Cancelling stops your next payment. The current period you have paid for is not refunded. Annual members who have not had their compliance check, used hours or taken discounted work can get a refund for quarters not yet started.
